The Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation is implementing the Zambia Water Supply and Sanitation Services in Growth Centres Program for Results (ZWSSGC) with financial support from the World Bank.
The programme aims to strengthen accountability in the water sector and enhance the operational efficiency of selected Commercial Water Utilities, ultimately improving the delivery of water supply and sanitation services across the country.
The programme is being implemented by the following Commercial Water Utilities:

💧 North Western Water Supply and Sanitation Company (NWWSC)

The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) Web Portal provides a secure, accessible and transparent platform for community members and stakeholders to submit grievances, complaints, concerns or feedback relating to the programme.
