1. Feasibility studies, design, and construction supervision of water and sanitation projects
2. Large-scale water transfer, dam development, and groundwater recharge projects
3. Coordination of donor-funded programmes (e.g., PIDACC, Lake Tanganyika, etc.)

Regulation and Oversight

1. Oversight of Commercial Utilities and Water Trusts
